Beach Bite at Rockaway in Rockaway Beach

Great food and great service. Drinks and salad came at just the right timing. They get busy but are trying their best during this tricky time.👍 wish I had taken photos but I'm a foodie, so trust me, it's good!

This is a gem in Rockaway, the burgers should have a name like Amazing or Spectacular, the Enchiladas are delicious. Excellent customer service, amazing food, and great prices. This is the only restaurant where you can get yummy clam chowder with your Enchiladas. And as if all of the above doesn't send you in here try the desserts like the deep fried raspberry cheesecake.

The food is good for the most part, it was a bit pricey for the quality. The server was very kind and amazing. I got the fish and chips which was great. My friend got the lasagna special and said everything tasted a bit 'old' and that it appeared that the garlic bread was made on hotdogs buns. It's definitely worth stopping by. Sauce is $1.

Poor customer service and denied service for a party of 7, when 5 minutes before a table of 8+ was seated. The gentleman at the front denied us a table saying he’d have to split us up and if another group came here he’d have to turn them away, which makes little to no sense considering we were fine with 2 separate tables. Mind you the table of 8 were the only other people in the restaurant. We then said fine, can we place to go orders, he said sure. 10min later I went back in and I asked to order. I started placing an order then he said we can only get burritos or fish and chips. So of course we left. I was very glad we didn’t get seated, as that previous table of 8+ people didn’t even order yet...so I wonder what kind of food they got. If you don’t have food, close the doors. If you can’t seat more than 8 people in the restaurant at 1 time that’s fine, but just say that. I don’t believe this is the case that evening though.

This is a restaurant that has 2 menus - American and Mexican. I really liked their Tsunami salad and Stuffed peppers. The staff was extremely courteous and Andrew talks to you as if a TV personality is talking to you 😀. Would definitely recommend.
